Hypnosis is a very natural state that we often experience in our everyday lives, for instance when reading a book, watching television, or repeating everyday tasks, it is when the conscious and subconscious come together by focusing on the same thing. It is a learning state, and it is easy to contrive, e.g. through relaxation techniques.
For best results, take your current issue of concern, and then form a clear idea of what you would like to be doing instead, or how you would like your body to be reacting instead, and then start listening once you have that goal in mind.
